And finally, it would seem my adventures came crashing to a somewhat welcomed halt for a week.

Honestly... the most outstanding thing this week came from a rather unwise decision I made. With food leftover from my previous weekend campout, I decided to have that for dinner the next day. In any ordinary circumstances, that would be no problem- except I knew full well that the cooler did not stay as cool as I was pretending it did- and there was more than a good chance that the rice and food in there went bad. But, I figured there was also a good chance it hadn't really gone that bad, right? I turned out to be wrong on all accounts. That was manifest by a fun, long night of stomach cramps, throwing up, and other unspeakable things.

Honestly, other than that, there was little else that really happened- which is nice, because sometimes, I like to make up for the long blog posts I write and keep a few like these very succinct. On that note, happy midsummer, and have a nice week.
